Daniel Tyrone is a Texas-licensed attorney with over 15 years of combined legal and executive leadership experience. Before founding Embedded Legal Solutions, he oversaw HR and legal operations for private equity–backed companies with revenues exceeding $500 million, supporting multiple acquisitions and integrations.He has advised companies through high-growth phases, restructuring cycles, and crises such as the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing a practical, business-first approach to risk management and compliance.
